Refund Policy

By placing an order with La Fêtard, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

Refunds are issued solely for faulty items, incorrect items sent, or items that become unavailable after purchase. Change of mind, incorrect fit, or sizing issues do not qualify for a refund.

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be honored.

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for all return requests. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the fault or incorrect item. Refund requests submitted without video proof will be rejected.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging still attached. La Fêtard reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to La Fêtard's error (e.g., wrong item sent).

La Fêtard reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this policy or that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or abusive.

This refund disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
