By placing an order with La Fêtard, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All shipping dates provided are estimates only. La Fêtard shall not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Once the order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier, La Fêtard's liability for loss, damage, or delay transfers to the extent permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. La Fêtard is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information.

La Fêtard reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any order or shipment at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

This shipping disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Shipping Policy 


La Fêtard operates on a monthly order cycle.

Order Deadline: 15th of each month

Shipping Date: All orders placed before the deadline will be shipped before the 26th of the same month

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

If any garment in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you via WhatsApp immediately. A full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Return / Exchange Policy

We take great care in curating and checking every piece before it leaves us. However, if an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

* The item is faulty (manufacturing defect) or the wrong item was sent

* The item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged

* Original tags and packaging are still attached

* Return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Important – Unboxing Video Required:

To protect both you and us, we require a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process.

The video must clearly show:

* The sealed package before opening

* The opening of the package

* The garment and the fault or incorrect item

Returns raised without video proof will not be processed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect fit. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us before the order deadline.
